- How do I split a project between antenna and structural specification?
- As a guide, antennas are specified on RF parameters — gain (dBi), frequency band, VSWR, polarisation and beamwidth — while the supporting tower or monopole is specified on height, antenna-loading capacity, wind-load design and galvanising. Share the network requirement, antenna count/weight and site wind data at inquiry and qualified partners can be matched for each part.
- What MOQ applies across antennas and towers?
- It tends to vary widely. Engineered towers, monopoles and shelters are often supplied in small quantities — sometimes single units for a site — while antennas and small accessories are higher-volume commodity items. Multi-site or framework orders consolidated under one specification package generally attract better terms.
- Which standards and certifications can be provided?
- Partner manufacturers can typically supply antennas with CE under the relevant directives (including RED/EMC) and RoHS/REACH declarations, and towers with hot-dip galvanising to EN ISO 1461 and wind-load design to TIA-222 or equivalent codes. SABER is coordinated for Saudi Arabia; galvanising certificates, structural calculations and CoC are provided where specified.
- Can frequency band, gain, tower height and finish be configured?
- Generally yes. Antennas can be single or multi-band with selectable gain, polarisation and downtilt; towers and monopoles come in a range of heights, base designs and antenna-loading capacities; shelters offer cooling and access options. Specify band plan, antenna loading, site height and corrosion-protection needs at inquiry where the partner supports them.
- Do partners supply telecom operators and infrastructure EPCs?
- A subset of Himalay's partner network supplies telecom operators, tower companies and infrastructure EPCs; share your specification or drawing at inquiry and we match a qualified manufacturer. OEM/private-label and project-specific engineering are arranged where supported.
- What lead time should I plan CIF to EU/GCC?
- Catalogue antennas and accessories generally take a few weeks to manufacture and test. Engineered towers, monopoles and shelters run longer. Full CIF to Rotterdam, Antwerp, Jebel Ali or Dammam is commonly around 6-12 weeks door-to-door for standard items, with large structural or multi-site orders taking longer.
