About Textile Processing Chemicals
Textile processing chemicals are specialty auxiliaries and agents used across pretreatment, dyeing, printing and finishing of fibres, yarns and fabrics, serving spinning, weaving, knitting and garment-processing mills. They optimise process efficiency, fastness, hand-feel and performance properties.
The range includes scouring and wetting agents, sequestering agents, dispersing and levelling agents, fixing agents, softeners (silicone and non-silicone), anti-creasing and lubricating agents, sizing chemicals, peroxide stabilisers and finishing resins. Products are specified by active content, ionic character, pH, viscosity and compatibility, with eco-parameters increasingly required (for example absence of restricted substances per recognised textile eco-standards and ZDHC-style frameworks). CoA per batch confirms conformity to the agreed technical data sheet; HS classification is provided on documentation. Content is framed commercially, not as process recipes.
Packaging is typically pails, carboys, HDPE drums and IBCs for liquids, and 25 kg bags for powder products. Most textile auxiliaries are non-regulated for transport, though some pH-active or specialty items ship under ADR/IMDG with labelling coordinated where required.
For EU buyers, REACH registration or an Only Representative pathway and CLP/GHS labelling are coordinated where required, with SDS supplied per consignment; restricted-substance and eco-compliance documentation is provided where requested. SABER/SASO routing applies for Saudi Arabia, and Indian-side documentation is arranged as needed.
Himalay's verified manufacturer and exporter partners supply textile processing chemicals with CoA per batch, SDS, REACH/CLP compliance coordinated for EU, GHS labelling, and SABER for Saudi Arabia handled as part of the standard order flow.
