Fans, Blowers & Ventilation
Fans, blowers and ventilation equipment move and condition air for cooling, combustion, drying, dust extraction, fume removal and building HVAC across industrial, commercial and process facilities. For EU and GCC buyers, this family spans everything from small inline duct fans to large engineered centrifugal blowers and packaged air-handling units, so selection generally starts from the duty point: required airflow (m3/h or CFM) against the static pressure (Pa) the system must overcome.
The family divides broadly into axial designs (high flow, low pressure: cooling, general ventilation), centrifugal designs (higher pressure, dust/process air, combustion), positive-displacement and regenerative blowers (high pressure, pneumatic conveying, aeration), exhaust and roof units, and complete air-handling and ducting systems. Aerodynamic performance is typically rated to ISO 5801 or ANSI/AMCA 210, which define how airflow, fan total/static pressure, power and efficiency are measured for comparable, guarantee-grade ratings. EU-market drives commonly require IE-class motors (IE3, or IE2 with an inverter, and IE4 in higher power bands under Regulation (EU) 2019/1781) and ErP/Ecodesign conformity; hazardous-area duties may call for ATEX-rated construction.
Construction and ratings vary by duty: mild or galvanised steel, stainless or coated impellers and casings, IP-rated motors, balanced rotating assemblies, and anti-spark or spark-resistant builds where required. Drive options include direct, belt or EC/variable-speed configurations.
Himalay's verified manufacturer partners supply fans, blowers and ventilation equipment with performance test reports and CoC, CE marking under the applicable directives (LVD/EMC, Machinery, and ErP where in scope), RoHS/REACH, and SABER (Saudi Arabia) coordinated as part of the standard order flow; factory acceptance testing or witnessed performance runs are arranged where specified.
