Air Handling & HVAC Equipment
Air handling HVAC equipment conditions and distributes air for buildings and process facilities: air-handling units (AHUs), fan coil units, packaged rooftop units and related components that filter, heat, cool, humidify and move air to maintain comfort or process conditions. For EU and GCC buyers, selection is driven by the design airflow (m3/h or CFM), external static pressure (Pa), and the coil and filtration duty for the climate and application.
The family includes modular and packaged AHUs, double-skin and hygienic units, fan coil units, treated-fresh-air units and air-handling components (coils, filter sections, mixing boxes, plug-fan sections). The integral fan sections are commonly rated to ISO 5801 or ANSI/AMCA 210, while the unit itself is often characterised to EN 1886 for mechanical performance (casing strength, air leakage, thermal transmittance, thermal bridging) and filtered to ISO 16890 classes. EU-market units commonly use IE-class motors and EC plug fans (IE3, or IE2 with an inverter, IE4 in higher bands per Regulation (EU) 2019/1781) and meet ErP/Ecodesign ventilation-unit requirements (Regulation (EU) 1253/2014) where in scope.
Construction is matched to service: galvanised, coated or stainless double-skin panels with insulated cores, drainable condensate pans, copper/aluminium or coated coils, IP-rated motors, and EC/variable-speed plug-fan arrays. Hygienic builds suit cleanroom, pharma and food applications.
Himalay's verified manufacturer partners supply air handling HVAC equipment with performance test reports and CoC, CE under the applicable directives (LVD/EMC, Machinery, ErP where in scope), RoHS/REACH, and SABER (Saudi Arabia) coordinated as part of the standard order flow; EN 1886 casing testing, hygiene documentation or factory acceptance testing arranged where specified.
