Industrial Blowers
Industrial blowers are high-pressure air movers used where a process needs more pressure rise than a typical fan can deliver: pneumatic conveying, wastewater aeration, vacuum, combustion air, dust collection and material handling. The defining parameter is pressure (or vacuum) at a given flow, so selection generally starts from the required pressure/vacuum and volumetric flow rather than the low-pressure duty points of general ventilation fans.
The family includes positive-displacement (Roots-type twin/tri-lobe) blowers, regenerative (side-channel) blowers, single- and multistage centrifugal (turbo) blowers, and high-pressure radial blowers. Performance for fan-type units is commonly referenced to ISO 5801 or ANSI/AMCA 210, while positive-displacement units are rated on volumetric flow against differential pressure. EU-market drives commonly require IE-class motors (IE3, or IE2 with an inverter, IE4 in higher bands per Regulation (EU) 2019/1781) and ErP/Ecodesign conformity where applicable; ATEX-rated builds are specified for flammable or potentially explosive duties such as biogas or solvent-laden air.
Construction is matched to service: cast-iron or fabricated steel casings, stainless or coated wetted parts, precision-balanced rotors, mechanical seals, IP-rated motors, silencers and pulsation control, and packaged baseplates with belt or direct drive and acoustic enclosures. Pressure and temperature ratings, IP class and noise level are set against the application.
Himalay's verified manufacturer partners supply industrial blowers and packaged blower systems with test reports and CoC, CE under the applicable directives (LVD/EMC, Machinery, ErP where in scope), RoHS/REACH, and SABER (Saudi Arabia) coordinated as part of the standard order flow; performance/witness testing or factory acceptance testing arranged where specified.
