- Typical MOQ starts at a few drums or IBCs per liquid line, with powders by the bag pallet. Volumes vary by product and packing. Multi-product line orders consolidated into one shipment can often accept smaller per-line volumes.
- Is eco/restricted-substance compliance documentation available?
- Yes, where requested. CoA per batch and SDS are standard, and restricted-substance declarations against recognised textile eco-standards (and ZDHC-style frameworks) are provided where required. For EU, REACH registration or an Only Representative route and CLP/GHS labelling are coordinated where required, with SABER for Saudi Arabia. Confirm requirements at inquiry.
- How are these chemicals packaged and shipped?
- Liquids ship in pails, carboys, HDPE drums or IBCs; powders in 25 kg bags. Most auxiliaries are non-regulated for transport, though some pH-active or specialty items move under ADR/IMDG with labelling coordinated where required. Storage and shelf-life notes appear on the SDS.

- What lead time should I plan for these orders?
- Packed formulations typically run 4-8 weeks production plus CIF sea freight. CIF to Rotterdam, Antwerp, Jebel Ali or Dammam is commonly 8-12 weeks door-to-door for standard consignments, with extra time for any documentation or custom grade.
