Metal Oxide Pigments
Metal oxide pigments are inorganic colorants based on metal-oxide chemistries such as iron oxides (red, yellow, brown, black), titanium dioxide (white), chromium oxide (green) and mixed-metal-oxide (complex inorganic) pigments. Typical end uses include construction products and concrete colouring, paints and coatings, plastics and masterbatch, ceramics, and paper. Buyers choose them for excellent light, heat, weather and chemical durability and opacity, generally at lower cost than high-performance organics.
Products are identified by Colour Index generic name, for example CI Pigment Red 101 (iron oxide), Pigment White 6 (titanium dioxide) or Pigment Green 17 (chromium oxide), with constitution numbers in the inorganic range. Grade parameters include shade, tinting strength, oil absorption, particle size, density, and heat stability; synthetic and natural iron oxides and rutile/anatase TiO2 grades are distinguished. The buyer's shade and durability spec governs selection; HS code is provided on documentation.
Packaging is offered as 25 kg bags, fibre drums and FIBC/jumbo bags for bulk powders, with granulated low-dust forms available; samples support shade approval.
Compliance support typically covers REACH registration or Only Representative coverage for EU, CLP/GHS classification and SDS; relevant titanium-dioxide classification considerations are reflected in labelling where applicable. SABER/SASO is coordinated for Saudi Arabia where required.
Himalay's verified manufacturer and exporter partners supply metal oxide pigments with CoA per batch, SDS, REACH/CLP compliance coordinated for EU, GHS labelling, and SABER for Saudi Arabia handled as part of the standard order flow.
