    Customized gear assemblies are application-engineered drives built around a specific machine duty rather than a fixed catalogue frame β€” pump drives, winch and slew drives, and agitator or mixer drives in which the gearing, bearings, shafting and mounting are tailored to the loads and interfaces of the host equipment. Power is transmitted through helical, bevel-helical or planetary trains selected so the assembly carries not only torque but the radial, axial, moment and overhung loads the application imposes, which a standard gearmotor is not arranged to take.

    Variants cover vertical and right-angle pump-gearbox heads, planetary winch and slew drives for cranes and solar trackers, and agitator/mixer drives rated per AGMA 6001 for the combined torque, bending and thrust of an extended stirrer shaft. It also helps when the interface (slew-ring pinion, pump flange, stirrer coupling) or the duty (reversing winch, intermittent solar-tracker slew) needs a service factor and bearing system matched to shock and run profile rather than a fixed catalogue rating. Where loads are modest and interfaces standard, a catalogue unit is cheaper and faster; once the external loads or duty dominate, engineering the assembly to AGMA 6001 / ISO 6336 is the sounder route.

    These are engineered to a duty, so MOQ is low β€” many pump, winch, slew and agitator drives are quotable as single units or in small batches of 2-5 per configuration.
