Zinc Fertilizers
Zinc fertilizers correct zinc deficiency, one of the most widespread micronutrient shortfalls in cereal and rice systems, supporting enzyme function, grain set, and yield. They are sourced by EU and GCC buyers for soil application, seed treatment by formulators, and inclusion in micronutrient blends and water-soluble programmes.
The principal Indian-origin products are zinc sulphate heptahydrate at around 21% zinc, zinc sulphate monohydrate at around 33% zinc, and zinc oxide-based grades at higher zinc content, plus chelated zinc (EDTA) at around 12% zinc for fertigation and foliar use. Guaranteed zinc content, water solubility, free acid, and particle size are stated per the Fertiliser (Control) Order framework, which defines the standard zinc sulphate grades. Technical and fertilizer grades are distinguished on the specification according to the buyer's formulation needs, and granular zinc grades are offered where dust-free blending into bulk fertilizer is required.
Packaging is generally 25 kg or 50 kg bags for sulphate and oxide grades, and 25 kg moisture-barrier bags or drums for chelated and soluble grades.
For the EU, zinc fertilizers may be placed on the market under the micronutrient provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 or national routes, with CE marking, CLP/GHS labelling, and SDS coordinated where required, and SABER documentation arranged for Saudi consignments. Himalay's verified manufacturer and exporter partners supply zinc fertilizers with CoA per batch, SDS, EU fertilising-product and CLP compliance coordinated for Europe, GHS labelling, and SABER for Saudi Arabia handled as part of the standard order flow.
