Industrial Lubricating Oils
Industrial lubricating oils reduce friction and wear, transfer heat and protect against corrosion across machinery, hydraulics, gearboxes, compressors, turbines and metalworking. They are sourced as defined products characterised by viscosity grade, base-oil type and additive performance for a given duty.
The range includes hydraulic oils, industrial gear oils, compressor and turbine oils, slideway and spindle oils, heat-transfer fluids and metalworking fluids, formulated on mineral, semi-synthetic or fully synthetic base stocks. Products are specified primarily by ISO VG viscosity grade (where each grade is roughly 50 percent higher than the previous), viscosity index, flash and pour points, and performance criteria such as anti-wear, oxidation stability and demulsibility against recognised industry classifications. CoA per batch confirms key properties; HS classification is provided on documentation. Content is framed commercially, not as blending recipes.
Packaging is typically 20/26/210 litre pails and drums, IBCs, flexitanks and ISO tanks for bulk. Most lubricating oils are not transport-regulated as hazardous, though high-flash and specialty fluids may carry SDS handling notes; any regulated grade ships under ADR/IMDG with labelling coordinated where required.
For EU buyers, REACH registration or an Only Representative pathway and CLP/GHS labelling are coordinated where required, with SDS supplied per consignment. SABER/SASO routing applies for Saudi Arabia, and Indian-side documentation is arranged as needed.
Himalay's verified manufacturer and exporter partners supply industrial lubricating oils with CoA per batch, SDS, REACH/CLP compliance coordinated for EU, GHS labelling, and SABER for Saudi Arabia handled as part of the standard order flow.
