Epoxy Adhesives
Epoxy adhesives are high-strength structural bonding products used in metal, composite, electronics, construction and general assembly, valued for strong adhesion to many substrates, chemical and temperature resistance, and gap-filling capability. They are sourced as defined commercial products characterised by cure chemistry, strength and working time.
The range includes two-component (2K) systems (resin plus hardener at a defined mix ratio) and one-component (1K) heat-cure epoxies, in liquid, paste, film and putty forms, plus toughened, flexible, fast-cure, high-temperature and electrically conductive variants. Products are specified by mix ratio, pot life and cure schedule, viscosity, lap-shear and tensile strength (commonly referenced to ISO 4587 lap-shear test methods), service temperature, and any thermal/electrical properties. CoA or technical data sheets confirm key properties per batch; HS classification is provided on documentation. Content is framed commercially, not as formulation recipes.
Packaging is typically dual cartridges, side-by-side syringes, twin pails/drums for 2K systems at the mix ratio, and pails or drums for 1K grades. Some hardeners are corrosive or sensitising and ship under ADR/IMDG controls with the relevant UN number and labelling coordinated where required.
For EU buyers, REACH registration or an Only Representative pathway and CLP/GHS labelling are coordinated where required, with SDS supplied per consignment. SABER/SASO routing applies for Saudi Arabia, and Indian-side documentation is arranged as needed.
Himalay's verified manufacturer and exporter partners supply epoxy adhesives with CoA per batch, SDS, REACH/CLP compliance coordinated for EU, GHS labelling, and SABER for Saudi Arabia handled as part of the standard order flow.
