Catalysts
Catalysts accelerate chemical reactions without being consumed, and are central to refining, petrochemicals, fine and bulk chemical synthesis, polymerisation, hydrogenation, oxidation and emission control. Buyers source them as defined commercial products characterised by activity, selectivity and lifetime for a target process.
The range spans supported metal catalysts (palladium, platinum, nickel, copper, cobalt on alumina, carbon or silica supports), zeolites and molecular sieves, metal-oxide and mixed-oxide systems, and soluble organometallic and acid/base catalysts. Products are specified by active-metal loading (weight percent), support type, surface area, particle size or pellet/extrudate dimension, bulk density and form (powder, pellet, sphere, extrudate). CoA per batch confirms metal content and physical conformity, and HS classification is provided on shipping documentation. Specifications are described commercially in sourcing terms, not as reaction or synthesis recipes.
Packaging is typically sealed drums, kegs, lined pails or moisture-barrier bags, with precious-metal catalysts handled in secure, often nitrogen-blanketed packaging. Pyrophoric or moisture-sensitive grades ship under ADR/IMDG controls with the relevant UN number and labelling coordinated where required.
For EU buyers, REACH registration or an Only Representative pathway and CLP/GHS labelling are coordinated where required, with SDS supplied per consignment. SABER/SASO routing applies for Saudi Arabia, and Indian-side documentation is arranged as needed.
Himalay's verified manufacturer and exporter partners supply catalysts with CoA per batch, SDS, REACH/CLP compliance coordinated for EU, GHS labelling, and SABER for Saudi Arabia handled as part of the standard order flow.
