Reusable half/full-face masks and filter cartridges run lower minimums, commonly in the hundreds. Consolidating SKUs into one order usually allows partners to accept smaller quantities per line.

Are EN 149 respirators available as Category III PPE with notified-body certification?

Where specified, partner manufacturers supply respirators CE-marked under EU PPE Regulation 2016/425 as Category III PPE, tested and marked to EN 149 (or EN 140/143/14387), which involves notified-body EU type-examination plus ongoing production surveillance; the test report and Declaration of Conformity ship with the goods. NIOSH 42 CFR 84 (N95/N99) versions are available where the destination market requires them.

Catalogue disposable FFP facepieces generally take around 3-6 weeks to manufacture, test and pack; reusable masks and certified specialty filters can run longer. Full CIF to Rotterdam, Antwerp, Jebel Ali or Dammam is typically 6-12 weeks door-to-door for standard lines, with Category III certified systems toward the upper end.
