Pressure Calibrators
Pressure calibrators are instruments used to generate, measure and document pressure references so that gauges, transmitters, switches and indicators can be verified and adjusted against a traceable standard. Typical buyers are oil and gas, petrochemical, water, power and calibration-laboratory operations across the EU and GCC that need accurate field or bench verification of pressure instruments. The family spans handheld digital pressure calibrators with internal or external sensors, pump-equipped kits with hand or pneumatic pressure generation, and high-accuracy bench references; ranges run from low vacuum and inches of water to several hundred or thousand bar depending on the model. Key parameters generally include full-scale range, accuracy stated as a percentage of full scale or of reading, resolution, sensor type (gauge, absolute, differential, compound) and the ability to source loop current and measure the device output simultaneously.
