  • Network Analyzers

Network analyzers measure the response of electrical networks and components across frequency, characterising parameters such as gain, loss, return loss and the scattering (S-) parameters that describe how a device under test reflects and transmits signals. In this test-and-measurement context they are primarily RF/microwave instruments used in telecom, electronics manufacturing, antenna and component development, and laboratory work across the EU and GCC. The family covers vector network analyzers (VNAs) that measure both magnitude and phase, scalar network analyzers, and portable/handheld VNAs and cable-and-antenna analyzers used in the field. Key parameters generally include frequency range, number of ports, dynamic range, measurement accuracy and trace noise, and supported calibration methods (for example SOLT or TRL) with associated calibration kits. Safety and EMC design typically reference IEC 61010 and IEC 61326. Instrument-level calibration and verification through an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, with traceable standards and verification kits, is commonly required for accredited measurement. Construction ranges from benchtop instruments with precision connectors to rugged handheld field analyzers with defined ingress ratings and battery operation. Configuration options often include added ports, frequency-range extensions, calibration and verification kits, and time-domain or material-measurement software; precision connector types (for example N, 3.5 mm or 2.92 mm) are matched to the frequency range and fixturing. Test fixtures, probe stations and cables are typically selected to suit the device under test, and automated test sequences are configured for production use. Himalay's verified manufacturer partners supply network analyzers with test reports/CoC, CE (LVD/EMC), RoHS/REACH, and SABER (Saudi Arabia) coordinated as part of the standard order flow; ISO/IEC 17025 calibration and traceability or factory acceptance testing arranged where specified.
